Garden Starter Kits From Warren Food Council

It’s not too late to start your vegetable garden, and the Warren County Local Foods Promotion Council wants to help! A basket of produce, including squash, okra, tomatoes and peppers.On Friday, June 5, 2020, we will be giving away Garden Starter Kits that include a variety of vegetable plants and seeds to start a small raised bed or container garden. Pickup your kit from Northside School starting at 11 a.m..

Also included will be some basic instructions and a small portion of lime and fertilizer to help you begin your project. Supplies are limited and will be provided on a “first come, first served” basis. For more information, contact us at 252-257-3640 or paul_mckenzie@ncsu.edu.
