Cooking Under Pressure is a hands-on cooking workshop to learn how to cook a variety of foods in the electric pressure cooker. Electric pressure cookers are typically known by the brand Instant Pot, but there are many other brands such as the Mealthy Multipot. Electric pressure cookers use advanced technology so your family can enjoy better, faster and healthier cooking! Your pressure cooker seals in steam to cook hotter and faster while maintaining important nutrients for healthy meals. We will be making several dishes for you to try at the end of the workshop.

Electric pressure cooking cookbooks will be for sale on the day of class for $5.
