Warren County Farmers Market

A vibrant, illustrated poster for the Warren County Farmers Market. At the top, "Warren County Farmers Market" is written in playful green script, with "Growers Association" in smaller black text below "Warren County." The background is a bright yellow sunburst. In the center, a large, woven basket overflows with fresh produce, including a watermelon, corn, eggplant, tomatoes, and other vegetables, with green leafy branches spilling out. Below the basket, various farm products are depicted: a bouquet of pink and purple flowers, a green head of lettuce, a cupcake, several mushrooms, eggs in a brown carton, a jar of preserves, a chicken, and an orange squash. At the bottom of the poster, black text reads: "Local produce, eggs, baked goods, preserves, mushrooms, plants, flowers, locally raised meat, body care products, handmade crafts, and more!"

The Warren County Farmers Market is operated by the Warren County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extension. This market is a thriving, producer-only market nestled in the center of Warren County. The market is open every Saturday, rain-or-shine, from late April through early November. The market features special events, children’s programming, demonstrations, delightful music and accepts cash, credit/debit, SNAP benefits and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) vouchers at the discretion of the individual vendor.
